Great Beach Condo

This cute beach condo is located only a five minute walk from the ocean. It is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and area attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and good for parks, walking or biking. We enjoyed the local library which is nearby, playing golf at area public golf courses and walking the beach.

Enjoyable Condo near the Beach

This Condo is convenient to the beach being only a 5 minute walk. It is an older first floor condo that is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining room furniture are showing their age but are functional. The kitchen has everything that you need but could use more silverware and serving dishes.We have stayed at this condo for the last 3 winters and have enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great Beach Location

My husband & I enjoyed staying at this condo which is located only a few short blocks from the beach. Our grandchildren visited us while we were staying there and enjoyed the beach and surrounding area. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots & pans, dishes etc. There is a nice washer and dryer located in the condo. The living room and dining area were very comfortable. Nice televisions in the living room and master bedroom. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The linens ( sheets and towels) were plentiful but need to be updated. There were two nice air mattresses for extra guests. The pool area was nice but not heated for winter months. Overall my husband & I had a very comfortable and happy experience here and plan to return next year.

Great location

Great location with a nicely stocked kitchen. Anything we needed, we found. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had plenty of room to spread out and relax. There were times when sounds from the unit above could easily be heard at night when trying to sleep, but that is just how the building is structured. We stayed about 2 1/2 months and wished it could have been longer.

Home Away from Home

It's always a pleasure spending our winters at this property. If something isn't quite right, the owners make it right as soon as possible. This property and it's location is a little bit of paradise for us. We send a big "thank you" to the owners.

Purchased this condo with my daughter as a get away. We both reside in Jacksonville, Fl. We love the area and have noticed the locals are very friendly. The area is very family oriented.

Why they chose this property

I felt it was a very good investment and suited our purpose as a nice getaway and not too far from home.

What makes this property unique

I loved the fact that it was on the first floor of a 2 story building and was an end unit. I liked the fact it was a small complex with only 3 buildings, a total of 33 units. Close to the beach and shopping. Lots of restaurants, About and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando attractions. Condo is situated between waterway inlets of Sebastian to the south and Port Canaveral to the north on Hwy A1A. Great location.
