The host was on top of check in and check out. The house is situated on a quiet street. Walkability to anything poor. There are five bedroom but one of the bedroom you have to walk through to get to the bathroom. Bed comfort OK. Bathrooms small. Came for a wedding. Did the job on accommodating ten of us.

Great Stay for Braves Game

This was a great house and a great trip. The hospitality was great and the house was truly amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very spacious, clean, and easy communication.

Home was clean and in a great location. Our family of 14 stayed there as we were attending a reunion in Ball Ground Georgia & visiting a brother in a nursing home by Kennestone Hospital. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens only had Keurig coffee makers, and we didn’t bring any Keurig coffee cups but as a plus the Home provided them. Overall we had a positive experience. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues I need to mention. There were only mirrors in the three bathrooms, one of which was downstairs and a hall bath upstairs, and the third bath was in the master bedroom. It would be nice if some mirrors could be hung in bedrooms where people could do their hair or make up so that another person could use the bathroom. Also, the outdoor trash was full of beer, cans and other trash when we arrived so we could only put our trash in bags on top of the trash that had been left from the prior renters. Thus the outdoor trashcan lid did not go all the way down. The upstairs hall bathtub desperately needs an anti slip mat to prevent falls.

The listing photos clearly show the Keurig coffee makers, and we provide coffee capsules for our guests’ convenience. The listing photos also clearly show the mirrors provided throughout the home, including two full-size mirrors—one upstairs and one in the basement. We intentionally do not place full-size mirrors in every bedroom because we welcome many families with children and prioritize their safety. Regarding the trash, our collection service is once a week, so it is normal for the outdoor bin to contain trash between collections. Comments about what was left in the trash by previous guests are not necessary, as the contents of the trash bin are not something we can control between scheduled pickups. Thank you
