Everything about this place says home! The home is very cozy. Not in the city limits so it gives a tranquil country atmosphere. Hot tub and grill were amazing to have right there so we could just relax all day

I should’ve listened to the reviews more. The neighborhood was lacking in security. The yard looks like it hasn’t been maintained in a few weeks the bedrooms pillows don’t exist. They’re not much better than cardboard when we pull the sheets back we found hair as if the sheets haven’t been washed. The flooring looks damaged from what looks like an air conditioner leak condensation hopefully Vicente will do better for the next guest.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Not at all what is depicted in pictures. House was not stocked. Hot tub was not serviced and smelled like a fish tank. Rat poop found in one of the beds. Was hard to get in contact with host after issues were seen.

Apon arrival the cleaning lady was still there and we werent able to check in till 5pm. She left laundry in the dryer. Didnt clean. The shower had dirt on the walls and some mysterious red stuff near the shower head. In the room with double beds there was a dead cockroach. The master closet had large chunks of dust. Beds didnt have mattress protectors and had piss stains. Needless to say I bought covers for them. Oven hadn't been cleaned. There was a giant burnt spot. Holes in the walls and furniture broken. Back yard also wasnt tended to. There were old towels and other debris. The hot tub was green and smelled like a pond. It took the host a week to have someone come clean it. He didnt announce anyone was coming and the man arrived at 9pm. After 4 days it was smelling again so i went and bought a chlorine float and chlorine just so we could enjoy it. Getting incontact with the host was nearly impossible. We didnt have internet the entire time we were there. Let the host know and he continued to say somone would come out but never did. After I got incontact with vrbo he then wanted to schedule a technician. Mind you we had less than a week left in the house. Our reservation was for 31 days. Ended up checking out early, I just had to get out of there.

This house was unlivable. The heater didn’t work. The hot water heater didn’t work nor did the drains drain properly. We were not able to stay here. Had to book another property very disappointed.
