Waterscape is a wonderful property. Great view, kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfy. Huge washer and dryer not your normal condo size! The pool, lazy River and toddlers splash pad was great. Easy access to the beach!

Pinkie was quick to address all of our concerns and the stay was nice. While Waterscape itself was a bit rundown and showed signs of neglect, Pinkie was an exceptional host to us. Will stay again with her.

We were so grateful when the door lock was not working it was handled immediately. Room was clean. The only issue was the kitchen faucet which was broken and the piece was hidden behind some rocks on counter.

Perfect unit for my big family, didn’t realize it had an extra shower in the hall bath which was nice. The view was amazing. Easy access to the pool and beach area. If there was a downfall it was the distance to the parking garage but we only left the condo once so no issue for us at all. I may book for next year, that’s how much we loved it. We stay at Waterscape every year. The resort is perfect for us.

I was disappointed by the poor cleanliness and the fact that everything was broken; the bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathroom door latch was faulty, and one of the chairs had only three legs—luckily, no one in my family was injured!

Condo was clean, but for the expense I wish there were more working parts. One of the stove eyes wasn’t working, when we used the microwave the lights flickered. The WIFI was out our entire stay. And communication was lacking. I called and left a message on our way there asking about pool access while we waited for the condo to be ready and never received a response. It took hours to get any response about the WiFi The Xbox didn’t work at all, we tried signing in and it’s disabled for others to use.All this being said the property pool was fun. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.

So glad you came! We try to send very clear instructions in our check-in email that clearly lets everyone know to come by the room and get the wristbands when they arrive and enjoy the pools til the condo is ready. I am sorry you missed that. The WIFI went out for the entire resort and that was unfortunate and inconvenient for everyone. I do apologize and hope to see you again. Pinkie)))

The room was great. The view was awesome. They had several activities scheduled but they were all cancelled. Overall, it was a great trip. I wish they would make one of the hot tubs for adults only, I don't mind kids but it's hard to relax when kids are constantly coming and going out of the hot tub with no parents in sight.
