Our 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo of 160 sq. ft. has 2 joinable individual beds in each room to make a king size bed. It also has a sofa bed in the living room allowing a stay of maximum 4 occupants in the condo. With a fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need to cook at home!

Located within walking distance, you will find a wonderful community with several restaurants, shopping, car rental, golf cart rental, arrange your snorkeling and diving trips.

Belle propriété, bonne situation pr visiter les principaux lieux d'intérêt

Belle propriété, gardée, avec 2 piscines. Les résidents sont majoritairement des Gringos retraités qui passent l'hiver au chaud. L'appartement est un peu à l'extérieur des bâtiments principaux, donc faut traverser deux bâtiments pr arriver à la mer. Mer lagon donc très peu profonde, et malheureusement avec les algues sargasses, mais c'est le pb de toutes les caraïbes altlantique. Appart avec tout le confort. Manque seulement de vraies plaques de cuisson (on a un réchaud amovible, qui fait office de poêle, mais ce n'est pas idéal). Les chambres ne sont pas fermées, ouvertes en hauteur, donc convient pr une famille, et pas idéal pr 2 couples. Les propriétaires sont très présents à vos demandes et Gabi et sa mère ont fait en sorte que nous passions un bon séjour. Il faut une voiture pr faire les courses car sinon c'est compliqué. Très bon endroit pr visiter Tulum, Xel Ha, Chichen Itza, Coba, et Cancun. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Clean, well stocked, great location

Nice apartment style 2 BR 2 full bathroom condo. View is poor, no easy access to pool. Good power, good Wifi, I would stay here again. Small sitting room with a single 2 person couch. Owner easy to work with and very responsive. A few burned out light bulbs, air conditioning and fans kept us cool.

Happiness!!!

I was there last week and it was perfect! The place, the beach, Puerto Aventuras all is wonderful! Gabriela and her mom are amazing hosts... Puerto Aventuras has everything you need to be relaxed and have fun, Quinta Maya is beautiful and comfortable! You have places to eat, golf, swim and explore! If you go I recomend you to stay in the beach that is perfect for everyone in the family and is just steps away from the building, the pools are gorgeous too. And go to la caleta and the cenote inside Puerto Aventuras, we discovered them the last day, but they are incredible. I traveled with hubby, 11 y/o girl and parents and all of us want to come back asap!!! Thank you Gabriela!

Quinta Maya Was Wonderful!

Our stay at Quinta Maya was wonderful! The condominium is located in a development with several pools and easy beach access. The development is located in the Puerto Aventuras resort community with a number of restaurants and shops. The condominium is 2BR/2BA with a small washer/dryer and kitchen. And, the owner, Gaby, was accessible and very responsive. I will definitely call on her to stay at Quinta Maya again.

Fantastic
