Quiet and reasonable, definitely "country" living.

As a whole, the property was nice enough. Just be aware that you have to open a gate in order to get onto the property; this could be problematic when raining or at night. The gate area is lighted, but you have to be sure to leave the light on on the porch or you will not be able to see where you are going vewell

it was pouring when we arrived most of yard under water , could have warned us of the animals before we got there , the house itself was fine and close to where we needed to be
