If outdoor grill is used it must be cleaned by renter before leaving, if grill is not cleaned a $150 cleaning fee will be added.

Living the Dream

The house blew away our expectations. The setup was amazing, the pool was super nice, the porch area is excellent for sitting and enjoying a meal outside. The owner is on top of it anytime we needed to contact him. 11 out of 10. 100% will be going back to this property!
