This is my second time staying at this place and it is fantastic the accommodations are great the location is nice and quiet wonderful neighborhood to walk around cute little shop s Bobby Ray's restaurant up the street is fantastic the community center was really good I definitely recommend this place as a little getaway

Small but Mighty

Dont let the exterior fool you, this is a Cozy cabin. My daughter and I visited friends in Kirksville, this wasa great place to rest our heads. We slept like babies The host is amazing, they truly are great hosts. We will definitely stay there next year.

Wonderful Stay at the Cozy Cottage – Highly Recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Cottage! From start to finish, Amber made everything seamless—scheduling, check-in, and departure were all a breeze. The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for four adults to sleep and relax comfortably. The charming decor and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Quiet and quaint

A beautifully redone Cottage very cozy very relaxing atmosphere very clean. Communication with the property owners was top-notch we had unusual cold weather and they went out of their way to make sure there was extra warmth for the cottage ,highly recommend this place to others and I will be using this in the future when visit,ing my family there.
