Comfortable, cozy house for a maximum of 5 people, 250 m from the beach and 600 m to the bus station and the center of Piriapolis.
The house is fully equipped, with AC, a convenient BBQ with grill and parking spaces for 2 cars, one covered.
It has an pleasant garden with grass, bushes, and trees.
The terrace on the upper floor is also very pleasant with views of the lovely landscapes, including the mountains.
It is located in the Los Angeles neighborhood, one of the most sought after because of its location and quiet and because the neighborhood houses tend to have large properties with yards.
