This very nice, cozy apartment is on the first floor of our amazing, beautiful private villa California. Located in a private gated community. Offers the tranquility and peace of mind for a very relaxing vacation or time out. The Villa has a private road, lots of parking and private pool. Walking distance from private beaches and near by the major, important historical sites. Close by Catania's airport and lots of local good restaurants, with views of the ocean and Mt Etna. There is a restaurant and small grocery store by the street entrance, and a local Panino food truck "La Sosta del Gusto".
