Wonderful studio apartment. So clean and looked just like the pictures. Full sized fridge, small cooktop range, and fully loaded kitchen area. Great bed also! Justin was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

No closet. Nothing comfortable for a cpl of seniors. Bare minimum small. Not as described and nothing within walking distance. Centipede in our room. Plus a fly or two. Bed was comfortable but the shower was a step in tub without any mat for slippage. Door was loose fitting with lock. Could have easily been compromised. Didn’t feel safe. We will not use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that the property wasn’t the right fit for your stay. We work hard to make sure our listing accurately represents the space, and our photos show the unit, its size, layout, bathroom and amenities so guests can determine whether it will meet their needs before booking. A closet and walkability to attractions are not amenities that we advertise. We were especially surprised to learn that you felt unsafe due to the door or had other concerns during your stay. You stayed with us for four nights and unfortunately never contacted us about any of these issues. Had we known there was a concern with the door, insects, shower or anything else, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it immediately. We’re glad to hear that you found the bed comfortable, and we appreciate the feedback.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, very easy to get to, and perfect for a two night stay. For two people it was the perfect amount of space. Also very nice, the air conditioning works great and saved us from the summer heat. There was a gas station right up the road, which was nice, plus the beach was only a short drive and it wasn’t too far from the boardwalk either. Justin managed our stay and was very nice. He made the check in and check out process easy. I would definitely stay again especially for a longer stay.

I stayed here to a nearby conference. The directions and check in information was great. Very easy to find and enter the room. The location is very convenient to get to many things quickly. Parking was very convenient and plentiful. The room was very clean. It’s always hard to judge specifics by photos but the size is best for 1-3 persons on sleeping arrangements. The kitchen area was well stocked for cooking. It’s sized for occasional small cooking and heating food. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the kitchen was nice for heating leftovers etc. There were plenty of towels and hot water. Great shower. We had plenty of bathroom counter space. Overall, it’s a great space. The only 2 reasons for 4 stars, and I should have looked at reviews closer, is there is no closet space for guests. We brought hanging clothes. An inexpensive clothing rack was purchased by my friend for that. Justin is an absolute gem in communication with his guests and did say he has plans soon to add a clothes bar for guests. The 2nd reason is, it would be helpful to have a small pub table or two person bistro to eat meals at rather than the desk. That may be a personal preference and definitely not a dealbreaker but I can see where it might be helpful without taking up too much space. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place! Justin is a quick communicator and does an excellent job of making sure guests are taken care of! I definitely recommend this as a place to stay! Thank you Justin!

The property was just as pictured. Was just right for a short getaway for just the two of us! Check in and out was easy and we even got to check in a bit early. Communication was perfect not to much back and forth but was there with the correct information when needed. We definitely will be using this again when we come back.
