Made weekend plans for Perdenales Falls State Park and found this property, which wound up being about 5 minutes to the park entrance so it worked out great. Its located just off the main road on 18 acres so it was very peaceful. Loved the setup and everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom. Happened to run into Mike as he was finishing some last minute touch up cleaning before checkin and he was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. We'll definitely add this property to our favorites list for future getaways.

Great accommodations for our weekend stay with 3 couples. Each couple had their own space and own bathroom and the property grounds are beautiful. We went on a morning walk on the manicured trail on the back of the property. Convenient location, close to all the things to do in Dripping Springs.

Wedding weekend

My niece got married at Mae's Ridge, litterly down the road. So great to stay so close. Property was very clean. Beautiful views. The decks for gatherings was great. Easy check in and check out. Furnishings were great. Plenty of room for everyone. We will be back.

So, we booked the wrong dates . We contacted the management company who immediately picked up the phone and walked me through a solution. They were immediately available via email and text and I have nothing but full trust about booking a rental that is managed by them. House is about 7 min from Pedernales falls, 18 min to dripping springs and 30 min to Wimberley where we ate top 5 Texas bbq at Kelly’s food truck, no kidding. House was super cool, funky, laid out well, clean, everything works, bed was comfy, sauna was cool, we couldn’t do a fire because of a county burn ban but sat out there and had wine and looked at the stars. There were quirky things that shouldn’t bother anyone, the house, the land, the amenities are an adventure, different, funky, thoughtful, well done, it must emulate its owners. Comfy couch, internet works, location was remote and quiet, the manger was helpful and responded quickly. Not one complaint. I hope each traveler finds rest as we did, which I believe is what the owners are inviting you, very intentionally, into…Truly thankful.
