Great place to stay. Side note for future travels, one bedroom & bathroom is in the basement and not upstairs with the others. This is not mentioned in the listing, but did not affect our stay at all. It was a great place to stay for our family.

Great house, close to lots in Tipp, great spaces

House had a lot of great spaces for a large family. It was a great option for us coming into town to visit family and it's a quick drive to most things. Few minutes walk to the park to watch fireworks. Would stay here again!

This house in Tipp City is a great accommodation for 2-3 couples or a larger family. The bedroom spaces and beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with anything we needed. It is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.we would definitely stay there again.

Totally enjoyed the stay. Only complaint there was no coffee for the coffee maker, and not mention in the amenities. Oh, would be helpful to have some guidance instructions for access to TV programming. But overall would stay here again! Very good!

Celebration of Life

This property was perfect to bring family in from multiple states (Minnesota, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, and Alaska) to celebrate the life of my mom. We needed a place convenient, spacious, and affordable for young adults. The host was incredibly responsive since this was the first time I had ever done VRBO. Will rent this place again for sure! Big Blue was an awesome place for us to stay! Very comfortable rooms and beds, lots of towels, good water pressure. The kitchen had everything I needed-utensils, dishes, etc for cooking several meals. We had several family members in and out, and everyone was impressed with the roominess. Great location-could walk downtown to eat, and only about 15 minutes from the airport and the venue where our daughter got married!

Great location near a cute little downtown- walking distance to lots of things. The house itself was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice front porch to sit on and comfortable back yard to sit outside as well. Had all the things you would need. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was there wasn't a bathroom on the main floor- you had to go up or down. No big deal for our group, but could be an issue for someone that can't do stairs. Would definitely stay there again.
