• The garage was converted into a private movie theater featuring an 85" big-screen TV, seven soft leather recliners, three oversized beanbag chairs, and an old-fashioned popcorn machine with cups — perfect for epic movie nights.
• Game room with pool table, six arcade games, skee ball, foosball, air hockey, board games, and karaoke, games night go all night here!
• Spaces that keep teens entertained and adults engaged at the same time

🛏 Bedrooms That Let You Recharge: After full days on the resort or long nights of fun, rest comes easy with SIX king bedrooms, each featuring new Zinus memory foam mattresses for true adult comfort.

• The first floor primary has a king bed and private ensuite
• There are two additional king bedrooms that share a full bathroom
• On the lower level there is a custom bunk room that kids and teens love with two twin beds over two queen beds.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Please note there are FEES for use of the MPOA amenities that are paid at the time of use. We can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay.

🛑 MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES — REQUIRED BY HOA

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood within the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. Your neighbors may include full-time families, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests. Please be respectful.

NOISE:
*Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
*Keep noise indoors during quiet hours
*No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its agents

PARKING:
*Keep all tires off the road
*Do not block fire hydrants or neighboring driveways
*Park only in designated areas or the overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr.)
*No buses, campers, or RVs at homes or roads
*Overflow lot available with written approval from your host

OUTDOOR FIRES:
-High wildfire-risk area
-No open fires
-No unattended fires
-No firepit use during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
-Firepits/grills may be restricted during emergency conditions — check MassanuttenVillage.com

ALCOHOL:
-No open containers on roads or in common areas

PETS:
-Leash required outdoors
-Clean up after your pets

TRASH:
-Do NOT place trash outside (including porches, decks, or carports)
