This spacious 3 bedroom, 5 bed, 3 bath condo is perfectly located for four-season fun in the great outdoors! Upon entering, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Off the kitchen are 2 different decks with views of Schuss Mountain and Schuss Mountain golf course. Staying here, you'll not only enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, but also great views while grilling on the deck! Additionally, on the main level there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as laundry. As a bonus, you will have access to a wood burning fireplace in the living room to warm up after those long days on the slopes. Heading up to the 2nd level, you will find another bedroom and bathroom. Staying here, you'll be right in the heart of Schuss Mountain at Shanty Creek for great skiing and beautiful scenic golf. The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, restaurants, hiking trails, and indoor and outdoor pools. The nearby town of Bellaire has unique shops and is home to Short's Brewing. You will also be conveniently located to Torch Lake and many popular northern MI destinations.

**Please note there is a full flight of stairs to access this upper level condo.

Our condo includes access to:

1. Additional parking for boats and trailers.
2. Heated outdoor pool (Memorial thru Labor Day), and heated indoor pool and hot tub at Lakeview Hotel. This is located about 10 minutes from the condo.

2. Golf at 1 of the 5 golf courses - The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss Mountain, Summit, or Hawks Eye. There is also the Chief Golf Course that is located just outside of the Shanty Creek properties.
3. Topgolf Game Suite which also includes other games and sports. This is located at Cedar River.
4. Hiking trails.
5. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
6. Down hill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and alpine tubing.

Staying here you are also in the heart of Northern Michigan! From the condo you are near many wineries and within an hour to the famous Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau Peninsula. You'll only be 35 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino and an hour from Odawa Casino. Take a day to explore the unique towns nearby. Less than an hour away you'll find Alden, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Other trips that are about 1 1/2 hours away include Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The possibilities are endless!

This place is very nice and perfect for a group to go enjoy a ski weekend up north or for a couple getaway. Navid was an amazing host and great about responding to any questions we had. The location and views add to an already beautiful unit. Would most definitely come here again.

Ski getaway near Bellaire/Shanty Creek

This made for a great stay while we skied Shanty Creek. It was near the base of the ski hills, so it was really convenient. We like to cook as a group so it was ideal having a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets and even a few spices. At night we built a fire in the fireplace and watched classic Christmas movies. The kids were able to sleep upstairs and our two adult couples had plenty of space in the two rooms downstairs. We had a great time here and would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean and beautiful when we arrived. I appreciated having check in information a couple of days before arrival so I could plan. Easy code access without having to check in anywhere. The host was very communicative and available for any needs (which we didn't have any). Kitchen was stocked with all of the pans, utensils, coffee maker, gas grill on the patio etc. They had plenty of towels, aveda shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers, and even provided dish and laundry detergent. The biggest bonus of this property was access to THREE different pools. One outdoor was a three minute walk, another indoor a 10 minute walk, and a third maybe a 5 minute drive. The one at lakeside was our favorite. They had indoor and outdoor pools with a hot tub. The outdoor pool was WARM and it overlooked the lake which was beautiful! Great central location between sleepy bear dunes, torch lake, traverse city, and petoskey. Great experience staying at this rental with 4 adults and three kids.

Schuss Mtn Condo

We arrived to very nice and well furnished and stock condo. First of all our GPS was giving us weird directions but thanks to Navid (the owner )who we reach on his cellphone we were finally able to get to the condo (thanks Navid).Needless to say the condo was as pictured, beautifully decorated, well furnished and fully stocked. We were furnished with a gas grill with 2 fully filled propane tanks, all bedrooms were spacious and each had a full bath which was very nice because there was no need to share a bathroom. The scenery was beautiful with a view of Schuss Mtn and a view of one of the fairways of Schuss Mtn Golf Course. Communication with Navid was excellent and any questions we had for him were answered quickly and we felt great knowing that he was more than generous with his time and help. We were furnished with a pass that allowed us access to the properties swimming pool and had stores and restaurants in close proximity to our location. If you are looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend you stay here ! Once again I'd like to give Navid a special Thank You for going above and beyond in helping to make my and my families time at Schuss Mtn Condo's a very pleasant, enjoyable and special time.
