This NEW 5 bedroom, two story house has everything you need in a home away from home. It is charmingly decorated with all new furniture and appointments. Each room has its own theme and the décor is understated and tasteful throughout. Each bedroom is a comfortable size. The master has a queen bed, one room a king. one with a full and 2 rooms with 2 XL twins. There is a large game room/family room upstairs with large TV , Pac-Man video game and game table. The large kitchen is fully stocked. The yard is landscaped with a domed gazebo and covered patio in back. The house is located near many local attractions like Cardinals stadium, Coyotes arena, Westgate shopping area, Tanger outlets, movie theatres, bowling alleys, championship golf courses, and an abundance of great restaurants. Located minutes from major freeways to quickly get around the Valley of the Sun.

Marvelous

Very roomy and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The kids as well as adults had games available to play. The kids took advantage of this shooting hoops and playing with toys . The host thought of everything and was very kind and helpful. My family enjoyed their stay.

Wonderful and stress free visit

This was the first time trying Vrbo and it did not disappoint. The home we stayed in for a quick weekend stay to go visit my daughter was amazing. My family really enjoyed staying there. The host made sure we had a stress free visit and we completely did. She was amazing!! Love the property and it was perfectly located.

For the same price of a hotel we had an amazing house! The host was easy to get ahold of was very accommodating with an early check in and an extension of our reservation. The house as exactly as described and pictured.

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed!

This house is beautiful! It is tastefully decorated; the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is homy, and warm. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and we often ate in. The neighborhood is friendly, and well-kept and it is located close to Cardinal's stadium and other local amenities. I strongly recommend this house for family trips or business. I will definitely stay here again!

Spacious Family House

My family including our dog all had a wonderful stay in this spacious home! Our favorite parts included the large kitchen and the upstairs family room... we were all able to gather together to eat and play games. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and we slept great. The host was excellent with communication. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Everything you could ever need and more

This was one of the best supplied homes I've stayed at. There is everything you could ever need plus extras, including toothbrushes! The owner has thought it all out very well. Jennifer was a dream to work with and went the extra mile to provide us with a decorated Christmas tree and other holiday decor. It's a very comfortable home with comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Location is good with easy access to highways and airport. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect property for our week long stay in Peoria, AZ.

The property was very well maintained and in a quiet small residential area where we felt safe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and charming with enough decor and amenities to make us feel right at home from the start. Jennifer was terrific in communicating expectations and providing extra information all the way through the process and always responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were contactless and smooth. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our week of performances. Thank you!

Girls catch up

A girls weekend away from household chores and family obligations. Time to unwind and catch up with friends. House did have a residual pet odor upon arriving but aired out with ability to open doors. Contact with property management quick when in need of required supplies.

Family gathering

This was a great house for our family gathering. It is well suited for children and big groups. It had a lot of children's toys in the house as well as a free pac-man game for the adults. The owner added a christmas tree for us, which was very nice. The only downside was that the house didnt look to be cleaned very well. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the furniture and under bathroom rugs. The children's feet were black from walking around the house barefoot just after the first day there.
