"Peaceful Avondale Escape – Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Living!"

Walking into this newly furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath/2550 sf home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy living room with freestanding bar and big screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island/bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. From there you make your way into a comfortable dining room with seating for 6. Downstairs is an additional family room with comfortable sectional and additional TV. Upstairs, the master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a full sized walk in shower, and double sinks. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature two queen beds and two sets of twin over twin bunks. There is also a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft area that sleeps 2 additional people if needed.

In the summer the pool is a perfect size and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore POOL HEAT must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

The spa is always hot!

The back yard boasts a covered area with furniture perfect for relaxing, dining area, lounge chairs so you can soak up the sun, a built in BBQ grill/outdoor kitchen area, firepit, and a sparking pool! This home is welcoming hot tub and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was in a great location, close to our daughter’s home and convenient to restaurants and shopping. My family of 6 stayed at this property. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, TV, fire pit, and grill every single day. The house is beautiful and had ample space for all 6 of us. The neighborhood was nice and the house is close proximity to everything we wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

What a treat this house is!!

We were satisfied and very comfortable from the moment we stepped in the front door. Spacious but cozy. Simple yet lavish. We were very happy with the seating, the pool, the layout, the comforts. Absolutely a treasure of a rental. I wish there was more appliances (crock pot, waffle maker, blender, etc) but I am not complaining.

We had a great stay. A few hiccups with a leaky clogged shower, but they were on it and had both issues fixed the next day. The house is good size got a little confused with the listing saying 5 bedrooms it’s actually 4 bedrooms with a loft sleeper sofa so not an actual room with a door. The pool was clean and being summer in Az the water was very warm and enjoyable

The house was amazing. First impressions was how clean and nicely decorated the house was. The house comes with ALL the amenities you need in the kitchen, BBQ, and pool. We had an amazing time staying here. Great neighbourhood for walking and getting coffees and supper, or playing basketball at the court near by. Whenever we needed something or had run out of something, Kevin made sure to either reimburse us or deliver it within a few hours (ran out of toilet paper, there were lots of us lol) Tons of sleeping room and room to visit, we were there with 8 adults and two babies and we never felt cramped or crowded it was awesome. The backyard area is perfect as well, we even had room to set up an outdoor playpen for the babies as the adults lay in the sun or swam in the pool/hottub. We will definitely stay here again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Family Surprise b day

This property has it all. I booked for a surprise for my mom with her out of town family. All the rooms were very comfortable and great little touches like make up towels and shampoo, conditioner dispensers in shower. They even had pool towels for us. Lori the owner was amazing to work with. I highly recommend this property.
