4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths With Heated Pool/spa Within Minutes Of The Goodyear Ballpark
Our 1818 sq. ft 4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom Home is a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/great room area.
The Master bedroom (complete with 32 inch TV) is huge with king bed and ensuite, and the other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and and the fourth bedroom has it's own bathroom.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with a built in dishwasher, microwave, oven and 5 burner gas range. The fridge freezer is a side by side with ice and water dispenser. All appliances are stainless steel. The solid wood cupboards are enhanced by granite countertops, and there is a dry bar area that is perfect for entertaining. After staying at several other VRBO's, I have to say my kitchen is stocked better than any other we have experienced, as far as dishes, glasses, pot/pans, small appliances, etc.
In the living area you will enjoy several very comfortable recliners, that are perfect for viewing the 55 inch screen TV that has unlimited sports and movie channels.
Outdoors you will find a covered patio with a barbeque and several seating areas. You can also take a swim in your private lap pool or enjoy a cool one in the hot tub, overlooking the secluded green space.

Bill and I are Albertans that love to get away from our winters and take in the warm weather in Goodyear. Unfortunately, work still gets in the way, and we are unable to be at our new home as much as we would like, but would love to offer it to you to enjoy. We take great pride in the house we have just purchased and hope you will care for it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose Goodyear as we love the size of the City and find it very easy to get around in. Bill drives a lot with his work and when we are on holidays it is so nice to get to all the sporting venues in such a short period of time. We just feel Goodyear has it all!
What makes this property unique
We had looked at properties for 3 years and the moment we walked into our house we knew it was the one! As we have three sons with their spouses, we were adament that we needed 4 bedrooms and it having three complete bathrooms, was a huge bonus. The backyard oasis was another huge selling feature. Because of the wrought iron fencing with a view you will not feel closed in, yet still feel very private.
