IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
* Rental agreement and guest registration form required at time of booking
* Photo ID required prior to check-in
* No smoking, parties, or events permitted
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Exterior security cameras in use (no interior recording)
* Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided
* Starter supply of soaps, trash bags, dish pods, laundry pods, and paper goods included
1. RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
2. Maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
3. Property is equipped with live, exterior security cameras.
4. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED.
5. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
6. Quite Hours: 10PM to 7AM
7. CANDLES: Lighting candles is not permitted inside nor outside, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
8. PETS: Pets are NOT PERMITTED. If pets are brought onto the property, the responsible party will be charged up to $500 for detailed cleaning. The authorized guest, and all others will be required to immediately leave the premises. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
9. TRASH: Trash pickup is every TUESDAY/FRIDAY. The brown bin and large green bin are for trash and the small green bin is for recycling. Please throw all trash into the proper bin upon checkout.
10. COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOS: Commercial photography or videoing is NOT permitted.
11. WI-FI: Guest will be issued a guest Wi-Fi passcode the day of check in and will be disabled by 11 am on day of check out.
12. THERMOSTAT: Please do not set the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer and above 75 in the winter. Upon departure, please set the thermostat at 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
13. PARKING: Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage and 1 vehicle in front of the home, as per city ordinance. Please DO NOT park in the grass. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines at Occupant(s) expense.
14. BOATS, TRAILERS, & RV’S: Boats, trailers, and RV’s are NOT PERMITTED.
15. DAMAGES: Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. You will be charged for any damages and/or missing items during your visit.
