The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.

This spacious upper floor condo has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its own private balcony. The décor is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you want to stay in. Beautiful wood flooring in the open living and dining area. A comfortable condo at a great value with a perfect location! The private balcony from this condo has an obstructed view of the water. The condo comes with free Wifi and free parking underneath the building. There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Great location

Just a short walk to the beach, a Publix market, and Ricky Ts (live music daily). The condo interior is dated but we were there for the beach and felt it provided all of the necessities we needed.

Super outdated

I booked a few days ahead of time. I waited for instructions nothing came so I sent a message the. Had to call Vrbo because we would be arriving that night. We finally got to property I sent a message again 1 o’clock in morning we finally got ahold of someone by finding a phone number. We had to drive down street to a reality place to find our paperwork still nothing. They ended up calling us back telling us we didn’t sign our contract had no idea they sent it to my email because I was sending text through Vrbo sight where it says contact us. We finally get there the place is so old and outdated we had no pillow cases for our pillows. We had to go to the reality place again to sign paper finally and then had to let them no we had no pillow cases we had one towel a person to use the whole week glad they had a washer and dryer. We went swimming the next day the lounge chairs and pool are so dirty they are plastic so it would be really easy to bleach and spray off but you can tell they just don’t. The only good thing is the location was nice and we felt safe there.

a bit old but the location is great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it would be perfect if the owner of this apartment would invest a little love. The apartment is in a great location but the furniture is all old and should be renewed.

Adequate/mediocre

Lots of details in the "expectations" category that weren't met. Furnishings are aged, WELL used, show lack of care/maintenance. Items like vanities, toilets, kitchen appliances lack basic maintenance.
