Place was nice and clean, exactly as the host describe. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Front desk people weren’t as nice and friendly.
We had a wonderful five-day stay! Our room was large, clean and modern, and a perfect home base for a family ski trip. It has a large entryway with space for boots, a stroller and various sun-dries. It was also quiet, which was a plus when it came time to put our kids down for a nap or bed. We also appreciated the amenities of the lodge - the rental shop helped us rent a snowboard when the one we brought became worn down and sll the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this unit for families!
We had a great time! This place was perfect for our family of 6. It was close to the lifts and a super easy, very short walk to village central and north village on Whistler side. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was amazing. Would definitely love to come back.
The overall size was good and it was clean. The kitchen, although small, was very functional. The beds were very comfortable.The location was fantastic. There was duct tape over the shower nozzle in the master and the cabinet across from the base of the bed had lost a screw and someone had just balanced it in place. The building and hallways seem to be a bit "tired" and in need of some updates.
This rental is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We use VRBO a lot, and this is the first place I have stayed with adequately sharp knives. I really appreciated that! The in-building ski valet is very convenient.Some things that other guests might want to know ahead of time: laundry is down the hall and costs CA3.50 to run either the washer or dryer. Parking is underground and costs CA25 per night. If you’re like me and do a lot of laundry during ski trips, you may want to factor that into your budget.

Very nice place with top-notch furniture and appliances. Great location in the upper village.
I would stay again without hesitation.
Really enjoyed our stay. It had more space than most accommodations, it was really clean, the right set of kitchen ware, and beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Went for a bachelor trip and golfed at multiple locations. Easy to get around and see both sides of whistler. Accommodations of the condo were exactly what we wanted

We are sorry you did not understand this however "Secure pay Underground Parking" is clearly referred to in at least 3 places on the website including the above statement on the general front page description and detailed further on the Amenities page under "Parking" where is states "Secure underground parking for all guests is available for daily charge of $20 Cdn per day" and again on the amenities page under "Garage" where it states "Pay Parking in the underground Garage available".
Again, were sorry you misunderstood the information.
Property location was second to none, facilities were in good operations apres ski, bars and restaurants in close walking distance. Would stay again.

Ski in/out and walking distance to all resort attractions .. Walk to the ski lifts, & ski school.... The Chateau Whistler Hotel is located right next door ...Apres ski at the famous Mallard Lounge in the Chateau .. The Upper Village has a great selection of restaurants , cafes and shopping ..
