Welcome to TeeBox @ Worth the Wait Ranch. This resort style property was originally a cattle ranch built in 1918 & completely transformed in 2021 by award-winning design firm, Anthony W Design. This container-casita is constructed from 2 conjoined shipping containers & has a full size kitchen + separate dining & living spaces. It has access to the shared pool area featuring a mini golf course, fire pit, pool table & more! Please contact for events & commercial use, as additional fees apply.
The Space:
This casita is sustainably constructed from shipping containers making it a super unique experience but it also means space is limited. Maximizing function while utilizing space-saving building practices was a top priority. Rooms are small and there are no hallways, so to get from room to room, or to get to the kitchen/dining room/living room, guests must go outside.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, fold out desk, and full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, fold out desk, and full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is a flex room that can be partitioned off from the living/dining room (via heavy curtains). The bed is a queen size sofa bed, and one of the walls can completely open up to the outside.
The kitchen is full size and includes a full size washer & dryer.
The dining table seats 4, and the kitchen has an additional 2 seats at a fold away bar.
The living room has a sofa, lounge chairs, and a 55" TV on castors. There is also an additional full bathroom off the living room.
The Neighborhood:
Worth the Wait Ranch is located in Robinhood Acres, a quiet neighborhood in North Phoenix. It's only 1 minute from the 51 freeway, which cuts Phoenix in half, connecting to all other major freeways, making it easy to get anywhere in town. There is also a large park just around the corner and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.
Getting Around:
Our location in North Phoenix is perfectly central, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer. With the SR-51 nearby, you’re just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, and 10 minutes from Desert Ridge Marketplace. Love nature? Reach Camelback Mountain or Piestewa Peak for hiking adventures in under 15 minutes. Looking for family fun? The Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden are only a 20-minute drive. Whether you’re here to explore, relax, or connect, you’ll find yourself at the heart of it all!

This home is for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges.
There are 3 rentable spaces at Worth the Wait Ranch. In addition to The Manor, there are 2 additional Casitas. The first (TeeBox) is a 3bed/3bath with a max occupancy of 5 guests. The second is Smurf Haus and it's a 4 bed/2bath with a max occupancy of 7. This is important to note since the pool area is shared with the casitas. If you prefer exclusive use of the pool area, please inquire about the fee to block the casita rentals during the duration of your stay (subject to availability).
There is a large parking lot that services all areas of the property, but each space is completely enclosed ensuring privacy for all guests.
There is a landscape company that uses the parking lot to store their trucks. They come everyday (besides Sunday) at 7am to pick up their trucks and return them in the afternoon.
Landscapers typically perform lawn care on the entire property on Tuesday afternoons, and pool care is performed on Friday mornings, however these times are subject to change. If this is a concern, please contact prior to your check-in date.
The property is equipped with privacy-safe noise and occupancy sensors (Minut/NoiseAware) located in common indoor areas and/or outdoor spaces. These devices do not record sound or conversations; they only measure decibel levels and motion to help prevent parties and protect the property.
The owner lives on-site in a separate third casita located on the same property. The guest spaces are entirely private, and the owner doesn't interact with guests unless requested or required (for maintenance, deliveries, or emergencies).
A short-form rental agreement is required to complete your stay. This agreement restates the house rules, liability terms, and local compliance requirements. Guests who decline to sign may have their reservation subject to cancellation at the host’s discretion.
Interaction with Guests:
Keep in mind, Worth the Wait Ranch is huge! All of the casitas are at the rear of the property behind The Manor, a resort-like 5bed/4.5bath home that is also available to rent. Beyond TeeBox, there are 2 additional casitas. The owner lives in one, and the other is Smurf Haus which is a 4bed/2bath container-casita. There is a large parking lot that services all areas of the property, but each space is completely enclosed ensuring privacy for all guests. The owner is available when needed, otherwise he gives you total privacy.
