Everyone is very friendly. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to Fort Myers airport and I-75 and about 30 minutes to Ft Myers Beach, Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Beach and 45 minutes to Sanibel Island.
