The soothing colors and comfortable décor in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo make it a perfect vacation spot. Recently updated with a renovated kitchen that is fully stocked and ready for you, private balcony that extends off of the living room and master bedroom directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, large dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar, comfortable living room furnishings and so much more. The breakfast nook has been converted to a small library and free internet service is available. Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. Sunset Beach Spectacular

This is a great condo in a beautiful setting. Sunsets are spectacular. Every evening vacationers and locals were out sitting on the beach shooting photographs. We loved the colors of the living quarters and decor. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby. Loved our stay!

Excellent property

This was an amazing place for our vacation. located next to the pool, very short walk to beach, and great views of the ocean. Condo was well kept up, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. I appreciated the gated entrance for added security as well. Pool was very nice and water temp was perfect (it did look heated for those folks looking at in the fall). I would stay here again.

Nice beachfront condo

The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. It matched the description and pictures provided very well. The property the condo is located in is very well maintained, great landscaping, and a very nice pool area. Very nice location on the beach since it is near the end of Sunset Beach.

Amazing location directly on the Sunset Beach, fantastic for family vacation with kids, very nice quiet closed community, large perfectly maintained swimming pool, very clean renovated apartment. Best St Petersburg restaurants in 20 min drive distance. Publix supermarket 10 min drive.

Beautiful place

Lands End is a beautiful property. It is well maintained. There are strict rules concerning the pool and hot tub. These are well intended to preserve the tranquility for all guest. The only issue was during check in. The instructions said to go directly to the property but I had to go to the rental office to pick up the keys.

About 4 yrs. ago myhusband & I had a nice time here and fell in love with Lands End. The wooden walkway isgreat exercise from the white sand shore all around by Blind Pass bay. Our view from 202,bldg. 9 was beautiful and sunsets colorful.The pool was crystal clear & relaxing. Wefelt safe & had fun. No complaints!

Great location, minor issues

The property is located on the quiet end of treasure island, peaceful and relaxing if that is what you are looking for. Upon check in, property was clean on the surface (not necessarily inside drawers, etc.). Beware the doors will close and lock you out, as there is no way to keep it unlocked. We were moving in and got locked out of the property. Had to pay $50 for someone to let us in. Not happy to say the least. There are some items it would have been nice to have, like potholders, rectangle casserole dish, and towels for the pool/beach. They have beach chairs but they are really heavy. Another con is they have charcoal grills located on property (across the street) but they were filthy so had to nix our grilling plans. Although not perfect, we did enjoy our time at the property.

The unit was clean and had enough room for us and our two teens. Views out the living room deck and master deck were amazing. Went to sleep listening to the sound of the waves. Just steps to the pool and beach (amazing sunsets). Unit was simple but in good condition with only very minor details that were off. Beds were very comfy. Staff at this complex are extremely helpful and nice. It is a quite complex, not a party atmosphere, but also not a lot of families with little children which is what we like about it. Booking process was easy. Location is great...on the beach, St. John's pass right down street. Shopping, food activities etc. We ventured farther to Space Center and Discovery Cove..bit of a drive but we knew that and felt staying in this condo complex again was worth it. Simple but beautiful.

Unit #202 in Bldg 9 is perfect for those wanting a full view of the Gulf. The pool is fabulous, and many visitors are long term guest or owners that are happy to welcome newcomers. The location of Land's End is one of the best in our opinion. They are located on the end of Sunset Beach peninsula which provides and nearly private beach, opportunities to see dolphins and other wildlife along the shores, and convenient to grocery stores, many restaurants and live entertainment is just minutes away. We've check many other locations and can't find any that suit our needs better. Also, the staff at Resort Rentals has been great. We expressed a need for an updated sofa when we arrived, and within a week they worked with the owner and we were provided a new sofa in our unit. In addition, we checked out forgetting an expensive pillow, keyboard and mouse for our computer, and the staff worked with us to return them to us at our home.

Good parking, elevators in good condition, and a lovely open tiled courtyard to your condo front door.As we opened the door, our noses were met with a terribly strong musty smell. There were no visible signs of mold, but the smell was overwhelming. We immediately opened the patio doors to let fresh air in and turned the blower on to “on” vs “auto.” After in the condo, my husband said you’d become “nose blind” only to return and the smell prevalent once again.The furnishings were nicely coordinated. There was stained, overly stretched carpeting on the floors. (The manager felt that was the reason for the musty smell.). The kitchen is stocked, not that well. Four mismatched wine glasses. Previous condos we have been in had a lovely and varied supply of barware.The pool and jacuzzi are lovely. No improvements needed there. The beach is nice, about a 300 foot walk from our condo. Clean and quiet. There was some nudity on the beach from time to time. Passerby’s. I don’t know if it was sanctioned or not. It didn’t bother me, but I could see where it might be a problem for young families or sensitive individual. Restaurants are good, not great.If it weren’t for the terribly musty smell in the condo and last minute roofing that took place on the building, it would have been a nice week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have vacationed with Resort Rentals for many years. This year was different, I felt as though I was lied to and deceived when I asked multiple times about the red tide. I got replies such as, "I don't smell it today'" or "I'm not sure I don't go to the beach," or "it could be gone tomorrow," its been in Treasure Island for weeks before. When we arrived at Lands End, we were greeted with a packed pool with no seating and people reserving chairs. Due to the red tide and the over crowded pool we left the complex every single day trying to find something for our family to do. In my opinion, it was a waste of time and money, I could have stayed somewhere different for alot less of made different arrangements. It felt as though Resort Rentals main concern was getting my family there just to take our money and less concerned with the health and safety of my family. I purchased travel insurance and would like to pursue getting my funds returned to me on the grounds of a public health hazard and not being able to utilize Lands End's amenities. I am disappointed with Resort Rentals lack of compassion for another persons health and safety. The security guard, stated that the beach was cleaned all the time, 24/7 which again was a lie, dead fish and a sickening smell 24/ 7. So much that my family experienced issues breathing, couch, runny eyes, irritated lungs and headaches, every day. Resort Rentals displayed horrible customer service and professionalism. Lastly, due to leaving Lands End daily we incurred higher costs and financial stress that was unnecessary if Resort Rentals cared more about people than money.
