Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! A little piece of heaven on Earth

We stay at Lands year because we love the location and the condo itself! It’s so nice being om vacation, but not in the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.

Lovely Stay

Two lifelong friends traveling together for a relaxing vacation. As 2 senior adult friends, we appreciated having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. There were beach chairs for our use (wish we had known ahead of time for planning) but no umbrella. These were not promised, just a note for future renters. The kitchen had plenty of dishes so we only ran the dishwasher a couple of times. We didn't do any cooking but it seemed to have anything I would have needed to prepare meals. The pool was big and very clean and there was always space on the beach, although the weekends seemed to be a meetup for local groups and was more crowded. We found over 200 sand dollars in the gulf which was a highlight of our trip. Towels and linens were provided by a service and were not at all soft, kind of uncomfortable to dry off after a day at the beach. The t.v. and internet service worked well for us and the family room was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the gulf. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to be able to return next year.
