Great location

This place is definitely in a great location: right across from Simon cabarets (lady boy show) and just a short walk to both Walking Street and Patong Beach. Check in was super easy and the staff is extremely friendly. My only complaint/issue was some of the cleanliness of the villa. Little things like the shower glass clearly not having been cleaned in a long time, leaves in the pool, trash in the gaps behind the rooftop hot tub, etc.
