Located in the town of North Palm Beach, recently remodeled, Enjoy what this 2-bedroom 2 Bath house has to offer. Sleeps 7 This fantastic property features a comfortable queen bed in a tropical beach theme with black out curtains to help you sleep in,
1 bunk bed double bottom & Twin top in the Surf Room Great for the kids, A cozy living room with comfortable sleeper sofa bed, Bathroom with a roll in shower and bidet. Ramped entry ways for easy access. Large screen rear porch with all the comforts of Fla living Where you and guests can unwind. Very private large, fenced yard, close to beaches and good fishing, there are bicycles & fishing poles & Boogie boards for your use Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in West Palm Beach. 15 minutes from the beach or Airport. Walking to good local fishing spots, Cabinets are semi stocked; this is our vacation home so please help yourself. I am never more than a phone call away.
Discounts for longer stays, Rentals of 28 days will include a cleaning on 15th day
No Smoking inside of home, you can smoke on rear porch or yard, Small dogs welcome, We have nice fluffy blankets to cover furniture. If they are door scratchers there are safety gates to protect the doors. I understand Dogs will be Dogs, I do have security cameras outside of home for safety and security
Entertaining a few family or friends during the day or early evening is fine, Please let me know, NO Late night parties Permitted and Will Terminate your rental and NPB Police will Vacate the property

Stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb. Cute place, very clean and all the kitchenware you would need in the kitchen. Wifi was great as we worked from the home for a lot of our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating and gave us some spots to catch some fish nearby where we caught some good Bass. Great stay, 5 stars, would definitely recommend!

This property was clean, the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything looked new as far as the furnishings went and the beds were very comfortable. The yard is well manicured with lots of room and we loved the patio area for dinners as we watched the sunset. The nearby beaches are some of the best Florida has to offer. Oh and our favorite part was the well appointed kitchen, sometimes you feel like you have to pack half your kitchen when you travel to a vacation rental, but this place had it all!

Amazing Stay — Perfect for Pets and Relaxation!We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO home in Palm Beach Gardens! The spacious fenced in backyard was an absolute dream our mini dachshunds had so much room to run and play, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing they could safely enjoy the outdoors. The yard truly made the trip for us and our pups.The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made check-in easy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well every night. It was also a pleasure staying in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing evenings and morning walks.The host was fantastic, friendly, communicative, and very accommodating. They were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which really enhanced our stay.If you’re looking for a calm, clean, pet-friendly home with a great outdoor space and a wonderful host, this place is an excellent choice. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We needed a place for several weeks for a working vacation. This place was large and well appointed with luxury and comfort at every turn. Clean and quiet. The kitchen is a dream with everything you could want, just like home. Beds comfortable, bathrooms excellent for guest with handicap needs. The screened back porch was just what you would hope for to enjoy the Florida breeze. I could go on and on. Perfect, wonderful responsive host. Thank you Geoff.

The location was very convenient for our studies close by. We were able to have heat since it was unseasonably cold during part of our stay. Geoff had EVERYTHING that we could need in the kitchen, fully stocked bath and kitchen, plenty of linens and comfortable stay.

Well we are still here but love spending time in Fla We decided that it could be nice to be able to turn our home into a vacation destination for other and help pay the upkeep. I now am the GM and curator of American Armory Museum in Fairfield Ca. Were we try to educate people about the sacrifice made by the men & women of the military. And Freedom was Never Free.

This safe and quiet neighborhood has great neighbors Central located with easy access to so much Palm Beach has to offer. I have a guest book at the house with all the good local food and a few of my secret favorite fishing spots within 5 minutes away. I even leave fishing gear for you to use. If you catch a trophy Large mouth or Peacock Bass send me pictures.
