I have been to over a hundred countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels and vacation homes, so I know what travelers need--like great mesh wifi and outlets by every bed to charge your phone. And my phone is always within reach to take your messages and calls, and taking care of your needs is my only job.
Why they chose this property
This house is about the closest you can be to the Strip, while still being in a nice new neighborhood. The neighborhoods any closer to the Strip tend to be older and more run down. Our community was built in 2004, and you can walk across the street to a giant shopping center with Target and In-N-Out and Starbucks and banks and lots of other stores and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
We always focus on beautiful and thoughtful design, and fun activities for families and groups. When I'm staying with the people I care about, I want fun things to do together, like playing giant chess, or watching movies on a giant theater screen around a warm fire. I had to have arcade basketball because I'm a big fan. And the giant Connect Four is a game that everyone knows and anyone can enjoy.
I also thought it was important in Las Vegas to have whole-home music speakers in every room. People want to get pumped for a night out in Vegas, or set the mood for a fun night at home. There's no way to do that without a good soundtrack.
