About this property

Our newly built Seaside Home is a little piece of paradise. Located in the heart of wine country, olive groves and a 2 minute walk to a private beach. It is an ideal home for a fabulous vacation enjoying the gorgeous views of the sea, islands and mountains.
Our house stands out from many in Orebic because it is entirely new and we spared no expense in decorating it beautifully. With Marble floors, elegant furniture and plush bedding-You will feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel!

The Space:
Our home is newly built. It has brand new furniture and amenities. Everything is new and is well maintained. For a 3 bedroom home, there is a lot of space. The interior features 2 floors of living area as well as car garage. The first floor is an open floor plan which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. The 2 spacious bedrooms on the top floor have breathtaking views of the sea, islands and mountain range. The house also features 2 large bathrooms with bath tubs. We also have a large back yard which is an enjoyable area to spend time around our custom built stone dining table and BBQ setup. The front of the house has 2 terrace areas to take in the views, dine or just enjoy a glass of wine.
There are many wonderful aspects about this house that you will surely enjoy!

*An extra single bed is available and can be added to either room
*A baby Crib is also available to add to a room.

Guest Access:
2 minute walk to a private beach. 8 minute ride to the charming seaside town Orebic. 2 minute walk to 2 Seaside restaurants and 1 seaside cafe.
Our house is on a small street with a total of 3 houses.
We are the middle house and there is no traffic on our street.

Kleines Paradies

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung. Zum Strand ein Katzensprung und auch zu einem Restaurant nicht weit.Umliegend sind Campingplätze aber es ist alles sauber und die Leute sehr nett. Und hat es gefallen und den Kindern auch !! Kontakt zu den Vermietern auch unkompliziert und nett.

Exceptional Holiday Location

The cottage was in an ideal location and well equipped with everything you could need, spotlessly clean, an ideal base for a superb holiday. This is the first time we have stayed in this part of Croatia and found the area very inviting, lots of picturesque coastal villages and an awesome drive from the Split Dubrovnik road. The location of the cottage was brilliant with a two minute walk to two breathtakingly located beach bars. The use of the garage and being able to leave the car windows open overnight made it a pleasure to get in a cool car in the morning. We had a fantastic holiday and we would certainly book to stay if we ever return to this area.

À fabulous property

A fabulous property, beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. Very well equipped and high spec bathrooms. However, the lay out ( having to use an outside staircase to access the bedrooms)) may not be always ideal. The property is situated in very close proximity to two campsites.

We are a family of 3 with a primary residence in Germany. We have German, Croatian and American roots.
We have always loved Croatia for its beauty, delicious food/wine and wonderful people.
When it was time to go on a vacation, Croatia was always the first place we wanted to go. That prompted us to build a house there in the wonderful seaside village of Mokalo next to family and friends.
When we are not using our home, we are excited to have others rent it so that they can enjoy Croatia as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We are very familiar with Croatia, especially Peljsac as we have been travelling here our whole lives and have even lived here at times.
Peljsac and especially are small village of Mokalo is truly one of the most beautiful places in Croatia. We have unbelievable views of the sea, can walk to the sea in 2 minutes, are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and there are the most stunning views of mountains.
You are also a 5 minute drive to the quaint town of Orebic, 15 minute ferry to Korcula and are away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.
You really have it all here!
