This top-floor retreat offers 1,150 square feet of living space — one of the largest two-bedrooms in River Run — with vaulted ceilings, open layout, and luxury finishes throughout.

Fully remodeled in Fall 2025, the condo features all-new lighting, quartz countertops, new cabinets, flooring, and furniture for a clean, modern look. The living area includes a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and a Room & Board King sleeper sofa, while the fully equipped kitchen provides stainless-steel appliances, dining for 11, and everything needed to cook and entertain.

Excellent stay in Keystone! We loved the comfortable accommodations and the location can’t be beat. Lots of nice little touches like having not only coffee available but the sugar and creamer too. You could tell a lot of thought went into the impeccable renovation. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay! Communication with the homeowner and rental agency was easy. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything necessary. (I would mention that the nonstick skillets are due to be replaced.) A family of five or six would be comfortable in this condominium. Recent renovations have the unit looking clean and refreshed. The ski locker was convenient and a nice amenity. The walk to the lift was about five minutes in ski boots. The location was great for accessing the village area, which we did for Apres Ski and dinners. Parking for one car was available in the garage below, although it did fill up quickly and was a bit of a challenge for a large SUV to find a spot on the lower level. In addition, the elevators were a bit of a challenge as one of them was down for service the entirety of our stay. I realize this is uncontrollable by the homeowner, but it did impact our wait times. Overall, I can highly recommend this unit. I would absolutely book it again for a ski week.

Best two bedroom at the Springs

The room is definitely the best 2 bedroom and largest at the Springs. The room is very well stocked, only hiccup with management company when requesting extra towels but the owner Tom was great and very accommodating. Great stay and highly recommend this room!

Great Place & Phenomenal Accommodations

We stayed in this Springs penthouse for 4 nights and we enjoyed it immensely. Very spacious with everything you could need, great decor and absolutely perfect location, with a very short walk to the Gondola. We loved the heated pool, hot tubs and steam room after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back. The owners were very easy to work with too.

The location was great. It was just a short walk over to the gondola and the ski lockers and heated garage were an added bonus. Our condo was plenty big enough and well equipped. We had everything we needed.

The Best 2BR at the River Run Springs

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jennifer’s condo. It was very clean and everything worked great. The balcony has a great view from the top floor. The kids loved the bunk bed. The condo has a lot of space to spread out and relax. This was our sixth time staying at the River Run Springs and by far our favorite. Thank you Tom and Jennifer!

Fantastic property and condo. The Springs building is perfectly located with a 2 min walk to the Village and a 2 min walk to the Gondola. The pool is fantastic.........heated with the water slide plus hot tubs and a fire pit. The kids had a blast. Great condo unit for both parents and kids as the master bedroom is on the other side of the unit from the room with the bunk beds......so everyone gets a little space. We will definitely be coming back to the Springs in Keystone.

Beautiful condo, well maintained and great location

We had a wonderful stay at The Springs. It fit all six of us comfortably with room to spare. Property had great ammenities and well kept. The pool and water slide was great for the children. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants near the condo. Super quick drive to many trail heads, Loveland pass, Breck, Frisco, Dillon. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo itself to anyone. The Owner and management staff was very informative and responded quickly. Great place!

Nice condo with a great location!

We really enjoyed the condo....especially how close it was to the Gondola. We came in for lunch everyday and then when right back to skiing.The vaulted ceilings made the place seem much larger. We also loved having 3 full bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable including the murphy bed. It is walking distance to shops and food. Having some games in the ottoman was great for the kids. Hopefully we can come again soon!

Great location! Terrific condo!

We have made numerous ski trips to Keystone, and have stayed in River Run Village almost every time. This condo is, by far, the best condo in River Run that we have ever rented. Very spacious; very clean; very close to the Gondola; very close to ski rentals and restaurants. We arrived on Sunday, Jan. 29, parked in the underground garage, and never left the area until we checked out on Thursday, Feb. 2. The next time we plan to ski Keystone, we will try to rent this condo again.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We would go back. They did list that there was construction going on so we were not surprised by that but they do start early on the week days and work late, so it's about 6 AM to 7 PM while we were there in late June.

Gorgeous!

The condo is amazing! It’s cleN, fully stocked with most anything you would need. The set up was great for our family of 5 who range in age from 6-44 yrs old. Tom communicated with us as needed. The complex met our needs as well! The unit doesn’t have air conditioning but provides plenty of fans that worked just as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Keystone!

This is a great total package. right at ground zero for ski school/gondola/restaurants. great pool. the unit is great space and finish out. an absolute perfect spot for family. The owner is very conscientious and proactive. Everything went according to plan and he made it so easy. Felt at ease knowing he was so on top of things in the event we had any issues. Would highly recommend this building AND unit. whether walking to dinner or lift, its so easy and effortless.kids loved it as well.

Excellent!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is very spacious. We stayed here with my two little ones (5 yrs and 1 yr) and they loved the bunk beds. As parents we appreciated that the master suite is separate from the 2nd bedroom to allow for some space and privacy from the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We used the BBQ on the balcony a couple times which was a lovely bonus from always having to eat out. In terms of the facility, the pool is fantastic for kids and adults alike. We also enjoyed its proximity to Keystone village - literally 2 minute walk. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough to families.

Having moved from California, my family now lives in Denver, about one and a half hour drive from Keystone. We have visited many mountains in Summit and Eagle counties but absolutely love Keystone. It is a great place for all ages throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

After having visited Keystone many times over the years, my wife and I knew that we wanted to purchase a unit in the Springs. Although all the buildings in River Run are great, none compare to the Springs in terms of location, amenities and quality. After waiting patiently for the "perfect" unit to come available, we finally found it - this 5th floor penthouse unit with an open configuration, vaulted ceilings, views of the mountains to the east and privacy.
