Charming 2-bedroom apartment near Dauphin Island beaches, fishing and boating.

Guests love our 2 bedroom suite. It's perfect for summer vacations along the Gulf Coast and it's a favorite for out of town workers. Dauphin Island's beaches and the Mobile Bay Ferry are only 30 minutes away. Beautiful Bellingrath Gardens and scenic Bayou La Batre are close by. Located near the Mississippi State Line, Pascagoula, Ocean Springs and the Biloxi Casinos are a 30 minutes drive. New Orleans is a 2 hour drive west. and Pensacola is a 2 hour drive east on I-10.
Chateau LaVeau is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is on a corner 1/2 acre lot with large oak trees. This is a peaceful and welcoming place. The living area has a large comfortable sectional sofa and chair with a large flat screen TV with Roku. The kitchenette includes a coffee bar, a mid size refrigerator and microwave.

There are two sweetly decorated bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed, with reading lamps. The other has a wicker trundle that includes two twin beds. This room has a TV with Roku, a desk and chair/working space.

The spacious bathing room has the southern charm that delights all. The claw foot-tub is soothing and calming.

You'll have everything you need here for a comfortable stay.

Was working in Grand Bay and Bayou La Batre and this VRBO was perfectly located in between the two locations. In addition, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the check in process very easy. Communication with the owner, Lisa, was quick and she even reached out to me to confirm everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again

Home Base

In the area visiting friends & family. Found rental easy to get too and was very convenient for visiting everyone. Liked the 1900s decor! Located in quiet neighborhood. Everything was as represented. Would rent for future trips.
