Spacious design. Private gated community with mountain and Pacific Ocean views.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms.
The Master Suite has an en-suite with step-in shower, dual sinks, bathroom. second full-bathroom upstairs for use by the second bedroom. There is a spacious balcony, only accessible from upstairs, that provides wonderful views of the jungle and the ocean.
The downstairs bedrooms:
1) 2 twin beds+One trundle to sleep 3 making it ideal for families with children.
2) Queen bed
Guests will be contacted by Osa Property Management / Epic Costa Rica Tour Concierge Team to assist with excursions, private chef, tours, fishing, dinner reservations, etc. We will be available during your entire time in Costa Rica.

Guests routinely see and/or hear toucans, howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, blue morpho butterflies and other amazing wildlife found in the nearby Costa Rican jungle.
Nearby restaurants include Citrus (fine dining), Exotica (fine dining) and Los Gatos Locos (bar/restaurant).

UNESCO World Heritage site at Finca 6 that has over a dozen pre-Columbian spheres. Scientists still don’t know how they were made and are only recently discovering who made them.

For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 10 minute drive south.
Uvita is 10 minutes north of Ojochal and is one of the Central Pacific's best kept secrets. The beaches are beautiful, the hills are lush, wildlife is abundant and its the perfect place to surf, horseback ride or just relax. If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative. The highlight is Marino Ballena National Park, featuring the famous sandy "Whale Tail" where migrating humpback whales can be seen just offshore. You can whale watch, dolphin watch or snorkel.
Dominical is 20 miles north of Ojochal and is a fun, funky hippie and counterculturist enclave with great shops, dining, live music, candlelight yoga, spas, bars and beach.
This is a private home with unlimited 24-hour access.
There are no shared spaces or amenities.

A private vehicle with 4x4 transmission is necessary to arrive at the home.

Ojochal is home to beaches, restaurants. grocery stores, a pharmacy, a turtle and animal reserve and even a library.
Guests often times see a variety of birds (toucans, scarlet macaws, etc) and hear howler monkeys.
Playa Tortuga is a very common beach and has a south and a north entrance. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)
Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica as home to some of the country's best restaurants, including Citrus, Exotica and Fusion. There are plenty of other restaurants, all with different menus. Mama e Papas is authentic Italian, The Bamboo Room has live music every night - and then there are simple, authentic Costa Rica restaurants with their rice and beans, casadas and fruit juices.
