The master bedroom was definitely a highlight—the front desk was also very helpful for when we had questions occasionally but especially during check-in. The water pressure & temperature could use improvement but overall a great stay!

Great stay at Chapu District Luxury Department

We were well taken care of from check-in through check-out with the host and his support ensuring we understood everything about the facility with several follow-ups to ensure our visit was going well. The apartment is well appointed and the views are stunning. We speak only a little spanish (the purpose of the trip was to go to one of the local spanish language schools and improve our spanish speaking abilities) and the support of everyone at the facility was appreciated. And the gym and pool are really nice. I highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Colonia Americana / Guadalajara centro. You won't be disappointed.
