The villa farmhouse is private and secluded in the hills, surrounded by olive groves, woodland and gardens with breath-taking views. The Villa Farmhouse has been beautifully & stylishly rebuilt with traditional features of terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. ELECTRIC FANS IN EACH BEDROOM. Plus under floor heating & open fireplace for spring or autumn get-aways. Sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Extremely well-equipped kitchen for cookery demonstrations/food lovers. Just a few steps leading up to our favourite summer room - with fold back doors for that 'Al fresco' feeling for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxing afternoon siesta or admiring the stunning views! Fully functional pizza oven & BBQ; Lovely garden grass area with sun loungers & salt water pool 12 x 6m. Perfect location close to PISA airport (45 mins.), & 1/2 hr. from beach at Viareggio.
