Charming 2 bedroom townhome, on greenway & walking distance to stadiums/uptown
Our townhome is nestled within the Historic Wesley Heights neighborhood and sits right along the Stewart Creek Greenway, making it an easy walk or drive to Uptown, South End, or other surrounding Charlotte neighborhoods. This is our personal townhome when we want to "be in the city". Our townhome is mere minutes by car and walking distance to multiple breweries, grocery stores, restaurants, and major attractions such as Bank of America stadium (1 mile away) and Truist Field.
Inside, you'll enjoy a spacious, open-concept layout with a cozy gas fireplace, an updated kitchen, and two upstairs bedrooms—each with its own full en-suite bathroom. There's also a convenient powder room on the main level and a private back patio to unwind. We use the second bedroom as an office, which includes a futon that can accommodate additional guests. If you're planning to bring more than 2 people (max. 4), just let us know ahead of time, and we'll be happy to set it up for you.
