The person making the reservation MUST be the person staying in the property!!!
When checking out......in winter please turn heat down to 65 and int he summer turn it up to 80
When leaving please make sure and read over directions in the owners guide (in the living room) for trash/laundry directions etc.

This is a lovely cottage, very nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and I would absolutely stay again if available when I’m back in the area.

Very clean and well thought out.There were extra blankets if you tend to be chilly. Plenty of closet and storage for clothing and suitcases.Very nice kitchen and bathroom.Even though it is a small home, it feels roomy and is perfect for a couple.
