Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom cottage in Ventnor. The unit was recently remodeled and redecorated with lots of beachy charm. It is two stories and features a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island with seating, dining table, living room, and a desk/workstation. In addition to the two queen beds there is also a pull out couch in the living room and futon in the upstairs bedroom. This unit is located at the rear of the property giving you access to a spacious backyard, outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Guest access
This unit is at the rear of the property. Follow the driveway up to the gate by the garage. Enter the backyard through the gate and follow the pathway to the rear unit. The front door is facing the backyard, and there is a rear entrance on the other side of the unit as well.
Other things to note
When staying at this property, there is a $35 "management fee." This is a damage waiver that covers our guests for up to $1,500 in damages in lieu of securing a security deposit.
