About this property

Last Min.Deals! Amazing Cabin+Bunkhouse. ATV Trails. WiFi. Lawn Games & Hot Tub

Escape to 17 private acres of pure Minnesota beauty at The Northwoods Loft—a thoughtfully designed cabin & bunkhouse retreat that sleeps up to 10 guests. Surrounded by towering pines and colorful aspens, this serene haven offers the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and seclusion.

Highlights include:

• Hot tub
• Hiking & biking trails accessible from the property
• Peaceful on-site duck pond
• Charming She Shed for quiet moments
• Firepit & lawn games
• Bunkhouse with TV, games & mini bar

With high ceilings and bright, airy rooms, the main cabin sleeps up to five. It features two inviting bedrooms—one in the loft with a queen bed and another on the main floor with a space-saving queen Murphy bed—plus 1.5 bathrooms. A comfortable inflatable mattress in the living room offers flexible sleeping arrangements for kids or extra guests.

The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to create wonderful meals, plus a cozy coffee bar —stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, and a variety of teas—making slow mornings even better. Gather for meals in the dining area with seating for six, then unwind in the cozy living room that includes a smart TV—just sign in to your favorite streaming apps. A full bathroom with a tub and a convenient laundry room completes this floor, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

Wake to sweeping views from the loft, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or slip away to the She Shed with a good book for a quiet moment.

Just steps from the main cabin, the all-season Bunkhouse is a kid and teen favorite. Sleeping up to five, it features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a futon, game table, dartboard, smart TV, board games, and a charming bar area with a mini fridge and microwave—perfect for late-night snacks, rainy days, or movie marathons.

Outside, the real magic begins. Private hiking trails wind through the property, lawn games invite friendly competition, and a quiet path leads to a duck pond—ideal for nature walks and wildlife spotting. With direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the adventure continues year-round. In winter, enjoy snowshoeing or cross-country skiing; in warmer months, head to nearby Lake Vermilion for world-class fishing and water play—just 20min away.

At the end of the day, gather around the firepit for s’mores and stories, or soak in the hot tub while the stars light up the sky.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

I have nothing but great things to say about this perfect little cabin. Check-in and contact with hosts was excellent from booking all the way through our trip. Everything was thought out in terms of we never had to leave the cabin from towels, blankets, pots/pans, etc. The house was super clean and tidy. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would love to revisit.

Peace and serenity

Enjoyed everything this location has to offer. Watching the sunset by the fire pit and listening to the ducks, frogs, and birds. The hot tub was a great ending to the day.We did not take advantage of the trails around the property. We took advantage of a wonderful day to hike in Voyagers National Park.
