With resort amenities like the heated swimming pool, pickleball courts , tennis courts bocce ball and horseshoe courts there will be plenty to do within the community. Add to that the Summerlin bike path is right outside the main gate and Fort Myers Beach is under 5 miles away! The 2 Bedroom modular home has all the comforts of home, with WIFI, smart TV, washer/dryer as well as a screened in porch to enjoy the seasonal weather here in Fort Myers as well as a Weber gas grill and two bikes for your use! The property also offers AC and heating for ultimate relaxation. We look forward to hosting you at our place! Note we are local should you need anything during your stay too.
