The neighborhood is very peaceful, so the only hum you’ll hear is from the air conditioning. Enjoy amenities like a large-screen TV with streaming and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for solo travelers or couples. We ask guests to respect the calm surroundings and follow building guidelines.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, all guests must register with the doorman and provide a PHOTO ID.

COMPLETE YOUR CHECK-IN ONLINE: Before your arrival, you must fill out the check-in form on our website.
The form will require you to upload a PICTURE ID and provide basic information as required by Colombian law.

VISITOR REGISTRATION:

Visitors (overnight or not) MUST BE REGISTERED USING THE ONLINE FORM BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER INITIAL REGISTRATION.
