Since this guest house is situated in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties to be hosted.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Other things to note
NOTE: we have 3 outdoor cats who like to roam around the back yard. Turkey, the black cat, is the friendlies but will only let you pet his head. The other two might run if approached.
Since this guest house is situated in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties to be hosted at this location.

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $300.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
