This beautiful and well-maintained home with beautiful sunsets over the sound is located within The Cottages neighborhood in The Currituck Club... a favorite vacation destination spot on the northern Outer Banks. The walkability to Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, restaurants, ice cream, basketball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball and more make this house super convenient.

Tipsea Terrapin sits at the tenth tee box of the Rees Jones designed golf course. Sized “just right” this property offers four bedrooms and four full baths and one-half bath. Each bedroom has its own en suite. The reverse floor plan provides beautiful ocean and golf course views.

Features and amenities include a private pool, hot tub and additional family room next to the 4th bedroom with second refrigerator, wet bar and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. The kitchen is open to the dining area and family room which has a bar area with an additional beverage fridge. There's also an outside shower, garage, grill, ship's watch, and WiFi.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Tee to Shining Sea Review

The house was nice. Great location as it was close to entrance and grocery store. House has plenty of room. Amenities were ok. But it needs a lot of updating. Broken toilet, poses deck boards, in need of serious paint job (fence and outside), gas grill wouldn’t light, dirty pool and pool deck. Just put a little bit of TLC into the place and it could be five star.

Beautiful property.

We stayed for a partial week. So, unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the activities and facilities offered by the resort. However, the house was enough to keep 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 little ones from getting stir crazy or bored, which ain't easy, lol. I loved that there is a grocery store, souvinier shop and ice cream parlor within walking distance, you don't even have to get on the main road. Added bonus, grocery store is open 24hrs. Also, we loved and appeciated the valet service at the beach and private parking. We didn't use the shuttle service to the beach but is another added perk. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Best house we have stayed at in our 13 years of visiting this gorgeous island, cant wait till next year! Ocean and Sound Views, walking distance to grocery store/eateries/etc.... Could not ask for a better location with such a beautiful house. Amenities were plentiful in the house, I just can't say enough good things regarding our stay! ❤️ OBX The Kasza/Howell/Mulcahy Families
