King Bed-Large Living Room-Pool-Hot Tub
This is a new apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. There are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and swings around the pool area. The pool and patio area are share with the other two short-term rentals on the property. We are with in 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge.
