About the host

Don is a South Bend native and Kate has lived in the area for over twenty years. We have four grown children and three young grandchildren. Through the years we have traveled and utilized various platform for short term rentals. We have so many wonderful memories of time with loved ones and want to help other families have a safe, fun and relaxing space to create their own memories.
Why they chose this property
Don grew up in this neighborhood. It’s familiar, safe, convenient and quiet. You can enjoy a walk on the sidewalks to Notre Dame, take a bike ride or play with the kids at the neighborhood park. It is truly a lovely area.
What makes this property unique
We focus on family and entertainment. Our goal is for every guest of every age to have what they need and to be entertained. From providing items & toys for young children to a bar and entertainment area for old friends to share. We have thought of it all! Notre Dame memorabilia galore, games, darts, chess table, big screen TVs, foosball, corn hole, large fences in yard, fire pit… the list goes on and on! So, please, come enjoy and relax. We look forward to us sharing our home with you.
