Home Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.
11. NO glass is permitted in the jacuzzi or pool. No sand in the jacuzzi or pool.
12. No high heels on putting green.

**All refunds are subject to fees that are incurred from issuing a refund**

— Remove trash from the kitchen and place in bins on the side of the property. (to avoid smells)
— Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add dishsoap pod and press start. (if applicable)
— Leave towels on bathroom floor | Leave bedding As-Is. Do not make used beds.
— If you used any toys or games such as legos, board games, bean bags, or golf, please put them away to the place they were found.
— Make sure jacuzzi cover is on. Turn off lights on pool & jacuzzi.
— Tidy the deck and clean the BBQ, if used. Please put the cover back on the grill.
— Turn off ceiling fans and air conditioner /heater.
— If you had a pet, pick up all dog waste. There is a $150 fee if cleaners have to pick up ANY feces.
— Make sure all doors and windows are locked upon leaving. Turn off all lights.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
