🚫 NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings – Unauthorized events = Immediate cancellation & no refund.
🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $500 fine for smoking/vaping inside.
🚫 NO Moving or Removing Decor – This home is carefully curated—please leave all furniture & decor in place.
🚫 NO Food in Bedrooms – Help keep the home clean & pest-free.
🚫 NO Taking Linens or Towels Off-Site – These must remain in the home.

🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
Outdoor areas close at 10:30 PM (Mon–Thurs) & 12:30 AM (Fri–Sun).

🐾 Pet Policy – Your Furry Friends Are Welcome!
✔ Pet Fee: $100 per dog, per stay (non-refundable).
✔ Damage Deposit: $150 per pet (refundable if no damage).
✔ Maximum: 2 dogs per stay (under 35 lbs each).
✔ Provide pet details (breed, weight) at booking.

🐾 All pets must be house-trained & well-behaved. Please clean up after your pet to keep the home fresh for future guests!
