Quintessential Vermont country home. Wonderful for family retreats!

Our home sits on 8 acres of beautiful Vermont land with views of Mount Mansfield and only minutes from the village of Stowe. The house has been totally upgraded and redecorated and is both exquisitely decorated and very comfortable. Wood floors, exposed beams throughout. Three en-suite Queen bedrooms with Jacuzzi and Steam shower, one large bedroom with 2 full beds and two loft bedrooms one with twins and one with king. All newly furnished and beautifully decorated. The house has a den with large TV and a gracious living room with amazing fireplace. The classic country is fully equipped. Finished basement with TV. Laundry room. Fantastic Fire Pit for family s’mores and hot chocolate!

The house is an absolutely beautiful country chalet for a family to enjoy. Skiing, x-country, snowshoeing, restaurants all a stones throw from the house. You won't do better for a private family/friends Vermont holiday!

Five grown children who have enjoyed Stowe as a family during 4-seasons...We love the skiing but also the show shoeing, x country, hiking and the great dining and cultural life around Stowe.

Why they chose this property

Perfect spot for family holiday. Three luxurious en suite bedrooms. Three other very comfortable bedrooms each for two guests. One with a King, one with two full size and the third with two twins. Two large living spaces, one a den with television the other a living room with fireplace. Flat screens in two bedrooms, the basement and the den. The basement one with video games. Country kitchen is fully equipped. House completely updated in 2016. Fireplace is phenomenal for cozy afternoons or evenings.Outdoor fire pit awesome both summer and winter alike. Wifi throughout home. The house is a beautiful quintessential Vermont country home and it's perfectly located a mile up the road from village of Stowe. You won't be disappointed!
