This is property is under 1 acre with 2 townhomes that can be connected each other if you wanna rent both units together we can host up to 20 guest in both homes. Unit B is located on the right and Unit A on the left side. This property is knowing in Big Bear as The Summit Gym were professional boxers has been training here Since 2010, There is a private gym in the garage were still training during the day and afternoon professional boxer doing their training camps in Big Bear due to the high altitudes. You might encounter to see them during your stay, sometimes you can slightly hear a gym noise underneath between 4 and 6 pm. In this retreat have been hosting and World Champions boxers like Gennady Golovkin GGG, Emanuel Steward, Oscar de la Hoya, Jaime Munguia etc.
