Modern Chalet: Beautiful Lake & Mountain View
This unique place has the best views in Tremblant! This condo was entirely renovated a few years ago, and is the perfect location to enjoy everything Tremblant has to offer. Only a 5 minute drive to the Village with enough for peace and quiet and to enjoy the stunning landscape views.
Our condo has 2 bedrooms on 2 floors and can sleep up to 8 people.

Samsung Plus Channels and Chromecast are available!
The upstairs A/C unit is designed to cool the entire upper floor. While temperatures may vary slightly between rooms, the system is set up to provide overall comfort throughout the space.
*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*
We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.
-NO SMOKING: 750$ PENALTY FEE
-NO PETS: 500$ PENALTY FEE
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE CHALET
- EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 1000$ BASE PENALTY + 200$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST
- LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 500$
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.
All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)
Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in.
