The home is very nice, three bedrooms on the main floor. A huge loft with several beds and a couple of bunks. The exterior of the home is also very nice. My grandkids loved playing basketball underneath the home. Huge back porch with beautiful view of lake. Convenient location, easy access to the local H-E-B.This is our second year to stay in this home.

Thank you for returning for a second year! We're delighted your family enjoyed the home, the lake views, and the outdoor space, and we look forward to welcoming you back again.
It was a very nice place and we all had a good time. it will be even better if they had extra detergent for dish washer as we cooked a lot during our stay.

Thank you for your kind review. We’re glad to hear you had a great time and enjoyed the home. We appreciate the suggestion about extra dishwasher detergent and will take it into consideration for future stays. We’d love to host you again!
Rarely am I this impressed with a VRBO, but this one exceeded expectations. The photos don’t fully capture how beautiful the home is—great design, well-appointed décor, and plenty of space. We had 2 adults and 9 kids for spring break, and it worked exceptionally well. The kids always had something to do, and the property is stocked in a way that clearly reflects thoughtful management. We never once heard “I’m bored” all week.We will absolutely be back and rent this home again for our group.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled the home exceeded your expectations and that both adults and kids had a fantastic time. We can’t wait to host you and your group again on your next visit!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Lake LBJ! We were impressed by how spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed everything was.The open kitchen, with large island and dining table, and the living area were perfect for our large group to gather. The patio offered plenty of seating to relax while taking in the gorgeous lake views. It was perfect for morning coffee! The main floor was ideal for the adults, with three bedrooms, each featuring a king bed and bathroom—a huge plus!Upstairs was ideal for the kids. The adorable bunk room, along with the additional queen and king beds, gave all the cousins plenty of room to sleep, play, and make memories together. The location couldn't have been better. Being right on the lake with access to the boat dock made it easy to enjoy our time on the water, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The area underneath the house was such a fun place to hang out, with a basketball goal, pickleball court, hammock and swing, everybody got to enjoy being outdoors together. The hosts were also wonderful. They were quick to respond and very attentive, although everything was so well organized that we didn't really even need to reach out to them. This home was the perfect place for our family to relax, play, and spend quality time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to make great memories on Lake LBJ!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the home, lakefront amenities, and time together, and we truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back.
This place can’t be beat. Sometimes the pictures in a listing are deceiving but this place is even better in person. We’ve stayed in many rentals on LBJ, this is a new favorite. As long as the cost stays competitive, we will be back next year.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear your group had such a great time and enjoyed the location right on the Colorado River. We'd be happy to host you again anytime!
Check in was smooth and the house looked great. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies and spices. Although the bathrooms came with a small hotel sized shampoo and conditioner, hand soap would make a huge difference, there were none in any bathroom. When trying to load our boat there wasn’t any power. Fortunately my husband found the breaker box and fixed that. Then the boat lift made terrible noises and was struggling. We sent a video to show the management company amd they thanked us for letting them know. The second time we lifted the boat, the pulley broke completely. The management company was very responsive and said someone would fix it tomorrow. While we appreciate the quick fix, and things happen, it was still very inconvenient for the day we could not use the lift. Then the outlets, dishwasher, and disposal wasn’t working. Again we contacted the management company and they immediately came over to fix the breaker since it’s locked in the owners closet.Lastly the master bed could use some work. The sheets do not fit the deep mattress and come up when sleeping and the blanket is thinner than a quilt. It would be nice to have plush pillows and decent bedding to match the rest of the house. The patio is amazing but furniture was very dirty and massive cobwebs everywhere. A little cleaning would make all difference. All that being said, the house is great, responsiveness great, we had some bad luck but it really is a nice house, just need some tweaks
Reflecting back on the stay, Clint Eastwood came to mind so I'll cover The Good, The Bad and The Ugly:The Good:The view is beautiful. I literally thought to myself this is why I rent a lake house when I looked out the windows facing the lake/from the patio. Weather was awesome and sitting on the porch or above the dock at night was great.House was recent and well decorated. The location is very good on the lake as far as convenience by boat or driving to locations.Space under the house and yard was great for the kids to play and run around.Excellent quantity and quality of board games for non-screen time incentives for kids. The Bad (things not within the owner's/operator's control):It is a pretty busy part of the lake and with the deeper V-hull boats and wake boats around, the wakes are pretty gigantic so if there was no boat lift, I wouldn't have felt comfortable just tying my boat to the dock with buoys. It was actually hard to swim out there unless it was early in the morning when the lake was quiet. The sun comes straight in the beautiful window/porch in the morning so we had to hide behind the big tree back there for our morning coffee. The Ugly (things the management company could've done better):Water heater was not working and never got fixed after lots of communication over 4 days.Shower upstairs did not work and there was no notice to that effect before arriving.TV upstairs was not smart and had nothing connected to it so basically a decoration.
This house was perfect for our 3 generation family weekend. Host was available at all times. House was clean and supplied many indoor and outdoor ways to be entertained. We will definitely be looking at this house for a return visit.
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this house again! The property is beautiful, very comfortable, and had plenty of seating both inside and outside. The decks and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We had a couple of small hiccups when we arrived—there weren’t any extra blankets or pillowcases, and we never received the key to the guest toys closet. However, the host was very responsive and quickly took care of the bedding issue. We had brought our own floats, and there were already plenty of lake activities available outside of the locked closet, including a lake mat, so it didn’t impact our trip much. The lake towels were also a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. One thing to note is that this part of the lake gets very busy on the weekends, so if you’re looking for a quieter experience, that’s something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. The home was well-equipped, comfortable, and a great place to make memories. We’d definitely stay here again!
